What is your favorite song in the musical? Or...bit...or line...
I love love love the parts in between the songs. I mean I love the songs themselves but I really love like, "Stranger than you dreamt it" and "Yet in his eyes..." I always thought those melodies were really beautiful and they always get stuck in my head...so I'm always singing them around the house. I swear my grandma is going to hit me upside the head one of these days to get me to stop.

love never dies
yeah, imma get tomatoed for that. I LOVE (love) music of the night and think of me, but a surprising second is actually the overture from LND. It just has a cool feel to it, although very different from the original.
most of the rest of that score was meh, though. original is better, but im just putting it out there that LND wasn't that bad

...but my favorite (non-major-song) bit from the original is probably....
aw, crap, i love everything but Prima Donna.
oooh, ooh ooh, i know!!!! 'Twisted Every Way', especially since Point of no Return comes just after it. It's just...the essence of Christine in like a minute and a half. Just like Music of the night embodies Erik, and the scene before the mirror embodies Raoul.

My favourite part is the scene right after Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again, when Erik, ChRistine and Raoul are all singing... That whole scene from wandering child to where it becomes Don Juan is amazing. I get chills from it.

When the Phantom (if it's a good Phantom) sings in his falsetto trying to lure Christine in, it always sounds so amazing.

I thought it was so amazing of the lyricist to put everything she's feeling in such a short amount of time and how she feels pulled in two directions. And the music is of course great.

Awesome part. I have to listen to it now, hahaha.

My favorite song is Erik's last "All I Ask of You (reprise)" plea for Christine's love at the end of PtPoNR when he tries to give her the ring. It always breaks my heart. I still don't understand how she could reveal his face to the audience after that. B*tch...
